With extensive knowledge and experience in business law, Ms. Sayapit joined the Corporate & Commercial team of Legal Advance Solution Co., Ltd. or 'LAS', acting as a legal consultant for clients in various industries. Her expertise covers a wide range of services, from complex company structuring and registration, providing legal opinions and advice on business operations, to ensuring compliance of clients’ businesses with license requirements and other legal regulations.

Ms. Sayapit also assists clients in planning and implementing corporate restructuring, asset and business transfers, employment law matters, real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts to meet clients' needs, and providing legal advice and implementing systems for clients' companies to comply with the personal data protection laws.

Ms. Sayapit graduated with a Second Class Honors Bachelor of Laws degree from Chulalongkorn University, a prestigious university in Thailand, and is a licensed lawyer authorized by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.
