On 24 June 2026, Ms. Nanthanat Saengthong, Partner (Corporate & Commercial), and Ms. Padcha Suvapiromchote, Business Development Manager, of Legal Advance Solution Co., Ltd. (LAS), attended a strategic meeting as legal representatives at Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi (ACIE) at Nong Yai District , Chonburi, alongside business partners including Turnkey Communication Services PCL (TKC), PTJ Brothers Co., Ltd., and Thai AI Cloud Co., Ltd. The meeting centered on planning and strengthening legal knowledge capacity for industrial operators within the estate.

The primary objective was to develop ACIE into a comprehensive One Stop Service platform capable of addressing the full spectrum of operator needs spanning infrastructure, technology, and business law — in alignment with international standards.

On the legal front, Ms. Nanthanat Saengthong provided in-depth guidance on business law planning, with a particular focus on trade and investment law within industrial estates, including Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance and Investment Law. This knowledge-sharing initiative aims to ensure that operators within ACIE can establish and scale their businesses with legal certainty, operational confidence, and long-term trust in Thailand's investment environment.

The discussions further extended to smart infrastructure developments across the estate, encompassing 5G systems, Robotics Automation, and Advanced IT Solutions designed to support next-generation manufacturing capabilities, alongside Encryption & Quantum Cryptography (EQC) for next-level data protection beyond conventional security standards, and Cloud Data Center services to accelerate Digital Transformation and reinforce global competitiveness.

The session was met with strong enthusiasm from all parties involved.
