On 21 July 2026, Ms. Nanthanat Saengthong, Partner (Corporate & Commercial) of Legal Advance Solution Co., Ltd. (LAS), attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on Academic Cooperation under the Low-Carbon Rice Project for Carbon Credit Development and Low-Carbon Rice Export, between GreenCal (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Wannaphop Co., Ltd., Wave BCG Co., Ltd., and Feger Co., Ltd.

On this occasion, LAS was entrusted with reviewing and providing legal opinions on the content of the memorandum, ensuring that all terms and conditions were complete, legally sound, and equitable for all parties involved.

The project aims to promote low-greenhouse-gas rice production, develop agricultural carbon credit systems, and strengthen Thailand's capacity for exporting low-carbon rice in alignment with international standards.
