Ms. Nanthanat Saengthong, Partner, and Mr. Kasidit Chumsawat, Senior Associate, of Legal Advance Solution Co., Ltd. (LAS), were honored to speak on the law of real estate leasehold rights (Sap Ing Sit) at the Thailand Property Rights Seminar 2026, organized by Honour Thailand and ONCE Wongamat, a super-luxury condominium project. The seminar took place on Thursday, 2 October 2026, at 13:00 in the Grand Ballroom, 7th Floor, Siamese Hotel Pattaya.

Following the earlier seminar in Bangkok, the Pattaya edition, themed “Enhancing Real Estate Legal Knowledge to Strengthen Confidence in Advising Clients,” welcomed more than 400 attendees.

The LAS session covered key topics including understanding real estate leasehold rights, legal points to know for sales, the differences between leasehold and freehold ownership, and presenting to Thai and foreign clients, and concluded with a Q&A session with the speakers.
