• Provide legal advice and legal planning for companies, from shareholders structure, business operation plan, business management plan, employment matters, aligning rules and regulations for employees under the labor laws, planning of and providing all agreements with the company’s contractors and company’s business partners, including provide various documents of legal matters in relation to the company.

• Plan and restructure business organizations.

• Provide legal advice, plan and proceed with mergers and acquisitions for the clients, as well as, manage and mitigate the risks of being a part of joint ventures with the investors or any persons who interested in joining business with our clients.

• Provide legal services as an in-house legal advisor of the client's company.

• Implement the company’s system in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for both company limited and public company limited.

• Provide training of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for over 5,000 employees in both company limited and public company.

• Provided legal advice, plan and proceed with the investment and business operations in Thailand for foreign clients.

Ms. Nanthanat graduated in legal programs from the institutions, as follows:

• Master of Law (LL.M.), University of Nottingham;

• Master of Law (LL.M.), University of Sheffield; and

• Thai Bar Association

In addition, before joining ‘LAS’, Ms. Nanthanat was a legal advisor in law firm and was a bank legal advisory team, including being a guest lecturer and a guest speaker for various organizations and universities regarding the personal data protection laws.
