Mr. Sarath Pavorndechapong is a highly experienced member of our legal team, known for his extensive knowledge and comprehensive background. He earned his Bachelor of Law Degree from Thammasat University, followed by a Master’s Degree from London South Bank University, U.K., and a Diploma in Taxation from the Thai Barrister-at-Law Institute. Since 2000, he has been practicing law in Thailand and is respected by his peers as a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Sarath has worked with leading law firms, consultants and Thai companies, both local and international. These include BDO Thailand Limited, PBS International Law Office, SC Asset Corporation PLC, Laguna Banyan Tree Properties Group and Pace Development Corporation PLC. As part of the senior management team Sarath has played a key role in significant projects such as the development, completion and sale of landmark projects including the famous King Power MahaNakhon Building.
