Prim Simasathien hands-on experience managing end-to-end property transactions for both Thai and foreign clients, covering legal due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate approvals, and ownership transfer registration. She has supported clients across condominium, land, and corporate ownership structures, and is experienced in coordinating notarization and legalization procedures for overseas clients.

Prior to joining the firm, she completed internships at a leading international law firm and the Office of the Attorney General, gaining exposure to corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, and criminal proceedings.
